Public Hearing on the Proposed Zoning Classification by Owner's Request
Ordinance 523-2026 to Amend the Zoning Map of the Town of Dover Concerning the Property Located at 245 Sandy Road. A public hearing on the proposed zoning classification will be held on October 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the courtroom. Town of Dover City Hall, 625 Donelson Pkwy, Dover, TN 37058.

Water Distribution System Survey
Over the past 3 years, Town of Dover personnel have surveyed the Water Distribution System for the presence of lead service lines or galvanized service lines downstream of lead service lines and connectors. This survey has found that there are no lead service lines or connectors in the Town of Dover Waster Distribution System. This survey was conducted under the rules set forth by the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. The survey used visual inspection and records verification for all water services contained in the Town of Dover, Water Distribution System.
