Parks & Recreation Department

The Town of Dover operates and maintains the Lick Creek Recreation Area. This park is a 52-acre site leased from the US Corps of Engineers.

Annual Events at the Park

Christmas in The Park

Lighted Christmas Displays throughout the park the entire month of December every year. There is no charge for driving through.

Eagle Fest

Held the 3rd weekend in May every year, Eagle Fest offers arts, crafts, music, free kids activities, and fireworks show on Saturday night. This event honors our past and present military service men and women. Street Address: 398 Colson Road, Dover, TN. 37058. Directions to Lick Creek/City Park.

Facilities Available at the Park

Park facilities include tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic areas, walking trails, fishing pier, and boat ramp.

Reserve Park Facilities

Anyone who would like to reserve the pavilion, stage or host a fishing tournament, please call (931) 232-5907. There is no charge for reserving park facilities.
