class on Crime Scene Investigation that will aid the department
in working crime scenes more efficiently and with more accuracy.

Patrol Response to the Active Shooter
Officer Jerry Ziegner attended a three day course called Patrol
Response to the Active Shooter. This was an instructor certification
course dealing with Active Shooters in schools or other public
buildings. The class taught how to deal with a shooter that
may end up in a school, college or other public facility. Students
received their instructor certification to return to their own
departments and teach fellow officers how to react to such situations.
